CHAPTER IX

ARTICLE 73. The Commission Autonomous Job Opportunities is responsible for administering the exclusivity clause in the contracting and administrative staff to implement Council Regulation concerned.

This is constituted by a President, a Secretary and a Member, elected by the Ordinary General Congress in office and last one year.

The requirements for being elected to the Commission Autonomous Labor Exchange will be the same as for a position in the Executive Committee.

ARTICLE 74. The powers and duties of the Commission Autonomous Careers:

a) Ensuring the right implementation and application of Regulation Autonomous Commission for Employment Bureau, for the purpose, work in coordination with trade union representatives in the joint committees of Tabs, ranks and Training, Admission and Adjustment.

b) Receive requisitions of places in the Union and propose UNAM candidates jointly with the General Secretariat.

c) Challenge the places whose requirements are not consistent with the nature of the post or the provisions in the Collective Agreement Work.

d) To respect scrupulously the order of presentation of candidates listed according to the borough and the universal list Autonomous Commission Job Opportunities and Audit.

e) To report quarterly to the allocation of places and order in which they are covered by notice in the body information from the union.

f) The foreign delegations squares covered locally must submit its list according to the Regulations.

g) Investigate and report in writing to the Commission Autonomous Surveillance of cases presented to them by workers.

h) Other functions provided by the Statute, union agreements and those arising from the nature of his position.
