DELEGATIONS
CHAPTER VI
ARTICLE 54. The Union shall consist of delegations academic and administrative. Delegation means to all academic and administrative workers in each unit or subunit where the UNAM.
Means units: Schools, Departments, Directorates-General Service, Coordination, Centers and Institutes and all workplace Institution. Where a trade union delegation will established with a minimum of 15 members, except on the premises alien, who, as cases of emergency, must conform each one delegation, to ensure the relationship bilaterally in the first instance, given its location features and no growth, in all cases, the choice of or delegates, will be through the ballot box by direct suffrage, universal and secret ballot. Those units which do not meet the minimum of 15 members, unless the alien, should be integrated into the Delegation Association closest to their workplace, expressing this willingness writing to the appropriate Organization Secretariats, and that of Acts, resolutions and file.
If a union member at the institution provides academic services and administrative, will be required to join as academic and administrative worker, every worker to pay services in two or more units, record membership in one in which pay more hours of service according to the respective appointment.
Each delegation will have an obligation to conclude Assemblies at least once a month and dramatically increasing necessary. ARTICLE 55. Delegates to the General Congress, General Council of Representatives and the strike committee, will mandate indicative or imperative of Assembly, as the case and answer those who elected to report its management and resolutions taken.

ARTICLE 57. The powers and duties of the Delegation Association:

b) Approve and raising initiatives to the Executive Committee, the Council General of Representatives and Congress.
c) Respect the various union regulations and in particular Regulation of the Labor Exchange and organize their implementation.
d) to elect their representatives at all levels of the union, who shall inform their management and resolutions these organisms Delegacional Assembly. In particular choose at least to the subcommittees of Job Opportunities, Finance, Training Hygiene and Safety, and the ranks and Technical Subcommittee Quality and Efficiency in the terms set forth in Article 83 paragraph m). e) To elect a subcommittee on Employment Bureau, which:
1. Will be responsible for developing the local Delegacional listing of members who recommend candidates to fill a vacancy.
2. The Delegacional List should be prepared with the rules and criteria established by the General Rules of Job Opportunities.
f) Managing the twenty-five per cent of members’ dues its members, with an obligation to:

Article 58. The powers and duties of Stewards:
a) Implement and execute the resolutions made primarily by the Assembly of the Trade Union Delegation in the sphere of competence.
b) To take decisions on their own responsibility in the time of recess Assemblies borough.
c) To represent the Trade Union Delegation in the workplace before the university authorities.
d) To represent the Trade Union Delegation to full personality, his leadership role of the Delegation itself.
e) To report to members of the agreements, guidelines and tips General Congress and the General Council of Representatives.

g) Being part of the strike committee at their workplace.
h) quote and preside at meetings of the members of the Delegation
i) Coordinate the activities of special committees appointed by Delegacional Assembly, and the Committees and Subcommittees borough.

k) To monitor compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreement of other contractual provisions in their respective workplace.
l) The union delegate to sign the bank account along with the responsible Finance

ARTICLE 59. Minority positions in the Assemblies Borough reach at least twenty percent of the assembly should be expressed through the delegates to the General Council of Representatives or the General Congress, according appropriate.
