DISSOLUTION AND LIQUIDATION OF THE UNION

CHAPTER XV

ARTICLE 106. The Union shall be dissolved only by agreement of the two thirds of the members. In like manner dissolve Delegations by agreement of two thirds of the members that integrate or when they no longer have the number provided in the this Statute.

ARTICLE 107. In the case of dissolution of any delegation, that they had the goods will pass to the Union.

ARTICLE 108. In case of dissolution of the union, its property movable or immovable property will be given the fate that dictate both thirds of the workers at that time part of the Union, whichever take the respective agreement in the Assembly where the solution is agreed and appointed a commission Liquidator so that whatever it is responsible for implementing the agreements Assembly, whichever in any case, proceed to the payment of liabilities.
