ELECTION

CHAPTER XII

ARTICLE 83. The election of representatives to the management bodies, oversight and representation union, namely: General Congress, General Council of Representatives, Executive Committee, Commissions Autonomous Monitoring, Contractual Joint Commissions, and National Council Review Commission Representatives, shall be made based on the principle of proportionality under the following general rules:

a) The election process will be undertaken by vote universal, secret and direct, as expressed in polls, with the exceptions contained in this chapter.

b) Candidates shall be in forms other than the election one representative, in which case they will be elected obtains the largest number of votes.

c) There will be roll call and will be noted the percentage that each of the sheets obtained.

d) All forms that derive at least twenty percent of the votes cast shall be entitled to a specified number charges, except as noted in subparagraphs e) and f) of this article. Votes cast means the sum the award to each of the forms contenders.

ARTICLE 84. The Trade Union Congress Delegates will elected by the delegations in terms of the this Statute. The election process will be implemented as follows:

b) The Executive Committee, the Commission Autonomous Surveillance and a committee of the General Council of Representatives will faith of the election process.

c) Each form will as many delegates as appropriate to percentage of votes it obtains in accordance with the criteria identified Article 83.

ARTICLE 85. The representatives of various delegations to General Council of Representatives is proportionally by the majority and the minority that have arisen in the election, so that their representation is directly related to the percentage obtained in each vote and in accordance with the number of delegates to the Delegation is entitled. ARTICLE 86. The Executive Committee shall be elected Union by direct, secret and universal ballot of the members thereof, according to the call launched by the General Council of Representatives 45 days before the date of the election.

I. The electoral process will be held on the following basis:

a) The General Council of Representatives shall elect an Electoral College, in the terms and powers of parts j), k) and l) of Article 83. Autonomous Surveillance Commission take all appropriate measures to enforce the provisions of this statute and the sanctity of the vote.

b) The Electoral College will receive the standard where they appear the names of all Union members.

ARTICLE 90. Contract Committees are elected each three years in the General Council of Representatives, following the election of the Executive Committee.

ARTICLE 91. Representatives to the Board of Conciliation and Arbitration shall be elected every two years in the General Council of Representatives.
