RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNION MEMBERSHIP

CHAPTER III

ARTICLE 16. The rights of union members:

a) to be respected (respected) by all other members of the Organization, both in himself and in his integrity; in their personal property, and assets under their stewardship owned by the UNAM or the Trade Union Organization.

b) To have a voice in the Assemblies of ordinary and extraordinary Delegation and have speaking rights at all levels deliberative and decisive, provided as requested through of a deputy.

c) To vote and be elected to positions of union leadership.

d) being represented and sponsored by the Union to defend their rights, problems that may arise due to work or administrative and judicial authorities.
e) To enjoy the rights to obtain the union for its affiliates in the form and contractual terms, agreements, regulations and those established in this Statute.

f) To request the convening of Congress, General Council Assemblies Representatives, the Executive Committee or, where appropriate, to convene filling the requirements of this Statute.

g) Provide initiatives to improve the work of the Union and require reports to the General Council of Representatives, the Committee Executive Autonomous Commissions, the Joint Committees Contract, to the working committees appointed by the General Council Representatives and delegates of his delegation who were reporting in accordance with this Statute and upon request Assemblies borough in cases that come within the internal of the Delegation itself.

h) The appropriation to the relevant trade union bodies in the terms of this Statute, the irregularities observed in the functioning of the Union, and violations that committed to existing bilateral systems UNAM and the present Statute.

l) To have access to those media organizations of the Union, in which they publish their initiatives and papers, always they do not contravene union agreements and this Statute.

In addition, for participants commissioners is right:

n) be proposed by the Union to incorporate them as UNAM unskilled workers, labor commissioners for the union.

n) are rights of pensioners, all previously described in the preceding paragraphs, provided they do not have to do with voting or being voted for leadership posts in the union, assuming for the case set out in their statutes individuals.

ARTICLE 17. The obligations of active members of the Union:

a) To respect all and each of the other members of the Organization both in person and in their moral integrity in their personal property and assets under their stewardship owned UNAM Association or Organization.

b) To implement and enforce compliance with this Statute and the decisions of the union leadership bodies, Congress, the General Council of Representatives, the Assemblies of Delegations, and the results of the union election process.

c) To perform faithfully and efficiently charges and commissions conferred to them by the General Congress, the General Council Representatives and the borough Assembly, through the procedures established by this Statute.

d) Attend punctually at regular and special assemblies for and union political action called by the organs direction.

e) Dealing with work issues and conflicts that affect them through the appropriate trade union body.

f) Promote the development and consolidation of the union and facilitate fulfilling their tasks, and take over any personal or group interests of the union.
g) To cooperate with all means available to the aggrandizement of Union and to improving living conditions and work the staff members.

h) Save union affairs reserve indication that some steering should not transcend outside the Union.

i) Inform the union body for violations they are committed to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and this Statute and provide the Executive Committee of the Union, data on to changes at work or home. So as to appear and cooperate with monitoring bodies when so request.

j) Do not violate the rights of the Labor Exchange, another member of the Union.

k) Contribute to the internal strengthening of the industry to participate actively in all work the same, putting before the appropriate body, all manifestations of bureaucracy, embezzlement funds or betrayal of the interests of the union.

l) Contribute to strengthening the organization externally, spreading their experience and principles, advising students in other workplaces.

m) to fill promptly the ordinary and extraordinary fees.

n) Not managing your preference at work against the best rights of other active participants.

o) To refrain from joining any other union UNAM.

p) Register with the guards and assist them in case of strike.

Besides the above, it is the duty of members Commissioners:

r) faithfully comply with all provisions of the Labor Rules and those enacted by the governing bodies of the Union.
