ARTICLE 109. This Statute may be amended or added according to the procedure in this chapter.
ARTICLE 110. Any of the organs of the Union or at least fifty of the staff members may propose amendments or additions to this Statute, to be developed writing to the Commission Autonomous Monitoring, same which immediately brought to the attention of Congress Union General, who will either approve or not the change.
TRANSITIONAL ARTICLES
ARTICLE 1. The amendments and additions to this Statute shall enter into force on 25 November 2001. Once endorsed by the Council General Legislative Representative STUNAM mandated by the Twentieth Congress Ordinary General.
ARTICLE 2. ARTICLE 4. The XVIII Congress extended mandate Ordinary General until 11 May 2002, the period of the current Executive Committee management of which concluded on 11 May 2000.
