CHAPTER XIII

THE STRIKE

ARTICLE 92. The decision to deploy to a movement of strike will be taken by vote of the majority of Delegates to the General Council of Representatives.

ARTICLE 93. The strike will begin and will rise decision of most members of the Union are expressed in elections, by universal, direct and secret preliminary analysis conducted by the Council and the General Strike Assemblies borough.

ARTICLE 94. To place a strike will be a Council General Strike Committee which shall consist of the same delegates General Council of Representatives and the Committee members Executive who shall preside. They will remain in office until the lifting of the strike.

ARTICLE 95. From a general strike and setting up the time to settle the conflict that gave rise by signing of an agreement, the union will be the highest authority CGH, suspended in consequence of the Council Assemblies General Representatives. Each delegation will be formed Local Strike a committee that considers the Commission to consider necessary, the Stewards will be part of it and coordinate their activities.
